The Service's servers are located in the European Union, in France, in an OVH SAS data centre in Gravelines.
The my-ardoiza.fr domain name is registered with OVH SAS.
The delivery of the Service also relies on the content delivery network (CDN) and the domain name resolution service (DNS) of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. This arrangement and its safeguards are described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Restaurant websites hosted by ARDOIZA
The websites hosted by ARDOIZA on behalf of restaurants, served at an address of the form restaurantname.my-ardoiza.fr, the menu pages published at an address of the form carte.ardoiza.fr/restaurantname, the gift card sales pages (addresses of the form carte.ardoiza.fr/restaurantname/cadeau) and the printable pages of these cards (addresses beginning with carte.ardoiza.fr/cadeau/), and the menu, ordering and booking pages made available to restaurants, are published by each restaurant concerned, which is solely responsible for them within the meaning of Article 6 of the LCEN: content, menus, prices, allergens, photographs, the restaurant's legal notice, the terms of sale of its gift cards and information provided to end customers. The restaurant is the seller of the gift cards sold on these pages; ARDOIZA is neither their seller nor their issuer.
For these websites, ARDOIZA acts as a hosting service provider, within the meaning of Article 6 of the LCEN and of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, and as the supplier of the technical tool. The my-ardoiza.fr domain is operated by ARDOIZA; the address assigned to a restaurant gives it no rights over that domain. ARDOIZA does not review the content published by restaurants in advance. Anyone who considers that content published on one of these websites is unlawful may report it using the form at https://app.ardoiza.fr/signaler or by writing to [email protected], stating the address of the page, a description of the content in question and the reasons for the report, together with their identity and contact details. ARDOIZA takes appropriate action after checking, under the conditions laid down by law, and informs the restaurant concerned of the action taken and the reasons for it, unless prohibited by law.
Each restaurant must display its own legal notice on its website (business name, SIREN, address, contact details, and the name and contact details of the consumer mediator, or médiateur de la consommation, it comes under) and, if it sells to consumers, its general terms of sale. Since 22 September 2026, a website hosted by ARDOIZA is only put online once this information, consumer mediator included, has been published from the restaurant's customer area.
5. Intellectual property
The ARDOIZA trading name, the logo, the visual identity, the structure of the website, and the texts, illustrations and software elements of the Service (excluding third-party components and excluding the WordPress plugins referred to below) are the property of the publisher or are licensed to it.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means whatsoever, without the publisher's prior written permission, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L335-2 and following of the Code de la propriété intellectuelle (French Intellectual Property Code).
The ARDOIZA WordPress plugins are distributed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later (GPLv2 or later). Their source code may be used, modified and redistributed under the terms of that licence. The GPL licence covers the code of the plugins and not access to the Service, which remains subject to the Terms of Sale and Use.
The Service includes free software components subject to their respective licences (in particular the MIT, GPL and BSD licences). The notices for these components are available on request from [email protected].
The content published by restaurants (menus, texts, photographs, logos) remains their property or that of their rights holders.
